The first Activity Log you posted was an echo test, so nothing to do with an outside call.

The other two logs show a User unknown. As you are receiving calls, I have to assume that the trunk is registered. That being the case, it may be the format of the digits you are sending as the dialled number, or, it may be an invalid caller ID, you are sending. It might help if you post more of an Activity Log of a failed call but only blackout the last 4 or 5 digits of the dialled number.

The other information you blacked out, before the "replied", and the IP of your provider, are not security concerns as it should be associated with your provider, and is easily discoverable..

What type of router are you behind? Have you checked that SIP ALG, on it, is disabled?

Orbi V2.6.2.104
i just disabled sip alg in NAT filtering

...and does the 3CX Firewall Checker now all pass?

seems to be working, i have called the number from amazone chime and was able to call the phone service but still no outbond calls from the phone system

Have you confirmed that the numbers you are sending, are in the correct format, as mentioned in post #3 ?

I've searchedfor other options that i can find a way to make outbound calls from the 3cx system still no luck

Why would your outbound rules involve a 7 digit number? If numbers must be in the E164 format, as suggested, then there probably won't be any 7 digit numbers. Your rules are restricting your calls to just that.

For North American numbers, it will be 11 digits (areacode, plus 7 digit number) with a leading + , and the 1 following the + will be a country code, not a long distance access code.
