Solved Can't remote a yealink T57w

Hi,

We have a user who have her webclient and a yealink T57W.

She would like to launch a call from her webclient through her yealink T57W.

She has a message "make a call".

how to do to not have this message ?

We are with 3cx v18

Hi,

Please check the following:
1. The phone is running the correct FW version - the current 3CX-supported version for the T57W model is 96.86.0.74
2. The Webclient dialer is using the Yealink T57W as a "Call using:" device

the version of Yealink T57W is 96.76.100.5 (we've updated it by web manager)

She uses "call using Yealink........" but that does : "make a call " on the phone

that's the issue.

Downgrade to the correct supported firmware.

This is a known issue with that firmware.
