Can't see or hear participants in webconference (new)

Same problem as this other user posted back in february...

Our system was just set up... tried to connect a web conference with another user and no audio or video comes through from the other person, nor mine to them.

We both can see our own video in the corner.

If I screen share, it shows MY video as the entire background of the share, with a small image of my screen with the video covering most of the small image, with another small image of my screen/video nested in that, and so forth. (seems to continue on to infinity).

Any suggestions on a fix?

What browser are you using? Could you go to test page in the 'Settings' area inside your meeting and try it out?
