Can't select CFD app extension as a destination in Forwarding Rules

Hi,

We have a CFD app that works fine - when called directly from an internal extension; however, it's not available to dial in the 'Forwarding Rules' when selecting Holiday/Sickness.

All the other Internal Extensions, IVR and Queues are there - but none of the CFD extensions....

Any ideas how I can divert to a CFD on Holiday/Sickness?

Did I miss this being mentioned anywhere? I just had to roll back to v18 because of this...

Tried this but I didn't know how to create a "CFD extension"? Well, it doesn't matter anymore since I rolled back to v18

What I have done is creating a dummy Digital Receptionist (with no prompts / selections enabled) and set no input within seconds to 1 and then send call to option.

Thanks for the idea! However, I'm afraid it might not work in our specific use case. Our call flow app reacts differently depending on the transferring extension. I'm afraid we would lose this information if we routed all calls through a dummy DR.

We'll just have to wait it out until v20 Update 2.

We use CFD workflows also. This screams risk to us to update. We will need to stay on v18 until CFD workflows are supported from v18 to v20

Hey @Andotek, forwarding to CFD apps works since V20 update 1. Although I couldn't find this being mentioned in the changelog.. But I just did the upgrade from v18 to v20 U1 last Friday and forwarding to CFD apps works. There's still one caveat though.. The variable "session.transferingExtension" isn't working anymore. There are workarounds though, see: https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...-3cx-version-20-0-update-0-build-1494.124792/

I wish these CFD problems with v20 were prioritized and communicated better by 3CX..
