CANT TRANSFER CALLS WITH SIEMENS C460IP PHONES

Just when you think you have sussed the 3cx stuff something else comes up. Ok got patton gateway, 4 siemens handsets and 4 base stations. I have 4 extensions on 3cx software with 4 bt phone lines. When a call comes in and i answer i cant transfer it to another individual extension. If i dial an extension number it works fine, but there is no option to transfer when an existong call comes in and is answered.Spoke to siemens and they say "you cant transfer a call to a different extension using IP system" Your kidding me right ? Can anyone help me ? I hate siemens !

You can transfer a call using IP system, i know i can do it here with my IP Phones. For what you told thoug i have the luck of not owning that phones you have. If the phone doesnt have a transfer option then your screwed.... but it works with IP Phones.
