Can't upload logo - Logo format is not supported

Hi

I am unable to upload a logon for any Fanvil phone. Always get the error Logo format is not supported. I have tried creating the image in Photoshop and also Gimp

The image properties are as the below which are correct.



Any suggestions please?

Hi Infinity，
Could you please tell me the model of the phone and send me a copy of your logo file? I can try to modify its format and after testing that it uploads successfully, I will send the modified logo back to you.
