Cassini Web Server - unable to log on to 3cx via web page

Unable to logon to the 3CX PBX via the web service. Have deleted the CassiniMetabase.xml file and re-added it but still unable to log on to the 3CX PBX. Have stopped/started the services and they are all running. Can logon okay from the 3CX Server and access all services. Any ideas please?

This is now working since I read the other blog regarding clearing out the Event Logs on Windows.
