Dear all,

I have been added one of our numbers to user as DID but if I call the number from outside all phones are ringing.

Here is the event log:

has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5488

Hello @Volkan Celebi

The description of the issue and the log you posted do not seem to match. A failed call would give this error but your description suggests that the call is ringing the wrong phones. So is it a routing problem or are calls failing?
Also what do you mean by "I have been added one of our numbers to user as DID" ?
Have you added this number under your trunks DIDs and have you created a inbound rule for this number to route to the extension? Where is the main number of the PBX routing?

main number is 576 60 80 and ehrn somebody calls the all phones ringing. ( I added all phones to ring group) It works as expected.

In the SIP Trunk section I have been added the other numbers which should connect direct to only one user.

See: http://www.evernote.com/shard/s26/s...653638db1654/51e84e8647308af7720d75a34648c325

In the inbound rules section I added the and forwarded the user 666 (number: 576 65 03)
See: http://www.evernote.com/shard/s26/s...5096548821c8/64ef1899f22ca0f350be12809514f7ec

but if anybody calls to 576 65 03 every phones are ringing

Edit your DIDs and add them as *445766503 and see if that works for you. If it does then it means that the format the provider is sending the number in does not match the DIDs in the PBX.

if I enter the number as *445766503 it changes automatically to *41445766503 and same behaviour

What browser are you using? Try editing the number again and after you edit the number click on a different place on the page so the cursor leaves the value box and then click OK to save the changes. Does that work?

Thanks the number is now *445766503 but every phones ringing. the problem is still continue

In that case do the following test. Change the main trunk number destination to a different destination and try calling a number other than the main trunk number. Does that number now route to the main trunk number destination? If so that you are still have having routing issues as the number send by your provider does not match the number in the PBX. In that case check the Activity log and see how the number arrives from your provider and format your numbers the same way.
Also do you have multiple trunks?

I changed main trunk number destination to one extension (222) and called 445766503 instead of main trunk number. Now calling one extension (main trunk extension instead of wished extension)

I have only one trunk.

here is the activity log

The logs you attached do not show an incoming call log so we cannot really see much.
It appears that your DID's still do not match the incoming numbers as sent by the provider and that is why the PBX routes all calls to the main trunk number destination as it cannot match the incoming call to your inbound rules. If your provider is actually Winet then they send incoming calls with the national format so your number should arrive as 0445766503. Try changing a DID to this format and try another incoming call. Also make sure that under the providers inbound parameters the option "CalledNum" number that has been dialled (default: To->user)" is set to "To:User Part"

If that does not work then you will need to run a wireshark capture of an inbound call and see what the provider is sending to your PBX and format your DIDs accordingly.
