I might have missed it, but do you know whether the CDR service is (or will be) available in Version 20?

Another question...

Can we download the CDR file from the management console?
On Version 18 we could get the file from Activity Log --> Logs --> Instance --> CDRLogs.

This is not an option in V20 as you need to retrieve the log from the local folder.
