CDR format template

My application obtain and process CDR data from 3CX. But customer can change the format via web-interface. Is there any template file or any other way that application can use to discover CDR format automatically?

The CDR order can only be changed from the Management/admin console of the PBX, see more here.

Yes. How application can discover the CDR format? Google say that there was an XML file in older versions, which I can't find in V18.

You can save the file structure when saving it on the local drive, and then see how can you adjust this in your own software.
