Hi,

I'm working on the CDR log and this happens,

A call is made at 2:57:11 PM and the call log in 3cx shows it ending at 2:57:11, but the output from the CDR shows the time as 12 instead of 14

Call 217,00000BFB67BB5934_17,00:00:15,2018/06/25 12:57:08,2018/06/25 12:57:11,2018/06/25 12:57:26,TerminatedByDst,Ext.217,0031495794521,217,10000,0031495794521,,,,,1,0.25,Netherlands The,Chain: Ext.217;0031495794521;

So it is behind 2 hours, the system clock on the 3cx server is correct, the timezone setting in 3cx is +1 brussels (our location).

Any way to fix this because now the PMS considers the call to be made at noon, and with no guest checked-in at that time it is unable to correctly allocate it to the guest.

Btw if this is supposed to be UTC time, my PMS provider can work with that, just need to make sure.

Could it be Daylight Savings Time screwing you up? Is the date set correctly for DST transitions? Is the date correct on the server?

Just thought: Could it be the time set on the phone itself that is screwing you up?

I checked server time, I checked the 3cx call log which shows the correct time, also the 3cx client had the correct time.

All dates in 3CX are stored in UTC.
