Centrally distribute exception URLs

Is there a way to centrally manage and push exception URLs to the chrome webclient?
If not, where are these stored that I can maybe distribute via GPO?

Try to check for the following location.
C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Extension Settings\[extension_id]

We would like to know the outcome of your tests.

I see the following files, none of which appear to be a file that could be distributed universally:
000003.log
CURRENT
LOCK
LOG
LOG.old
MANIFEST-000001
