Century Link/Lumen Cloud SIP trunks

I have a customer that currently has Century Link/Lumen setup on Premises, but they are looking to move 3CX to Hosted and Lumen's SIP trunks to the cloud. I can't find a configuration guide for Lumen/Century Link. Is there one available? In discussions with Lumen they don't know what product they have that would allow for cloud hosting of their SIP trunks. Has anyone done Lumen's in the cloud?

Just follow this guide to setup the sip trunk. The rest of the information is available in the provider portal.
