Solved Certificate renewal on version 20

Hello,

I use 3CX 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release) on Windows.

The certificate expired tonight.
Now, it is impossible to use the PBX anymore...

Could you please tell me how to renew the certificate ?

Firewallcheck is green? Did you get any failure in the logs regarding the certificate?

testing 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server... failed

But all ports are open :

Is there any other ports to open ?
I tried to renew certificate, but nothing changed.


Old certificates are still on place (and of cause, restart of nginx does not change anything).

Port 5000 isnt necessary.. The rest should be ok. Did you configured the sophos intrusion prevention correct? 3cx must be entered there as an exception. Are the rights to the folders correct

You could try this:

under Settings -> Parameters

TEMPORARY_SELF_SIGNED_CERTIFICATE_GENERATED set the value to 1

and after that try the renewal over cmd

I updated the parameter, and I could go 1 step beyond.

Second attempt is OK !!

Certificate is renewed, and everything is working fine.
