CFD v18 to v20 issue

Full disclosure - I am a CFD newbie and not a coder.
I've got a simple CFD created in v18. Medical practice blind transfers caller to CFD Extension which plays a recorded informational message. When message playback completes the call is Transferred back to the staff member that sent the call. This has worked fine in v18. I've just tried this CFD in v20 and the recorded message is played but then the call ends.
Should this work? I see there is now Call Processing Script feature. Is this something I need for this?
