You are right it does break IVR communication. You can do 2 things.
Either add a "Listen 80" UNDER the "Listen 5481" in the apache config. This way you can let IVR comunicate on that port and administer the server on port 80.
Alternatively you can set Apache to listen solely on port 80 and change the IVR's configuration as well. In \data\Ivr\Cfg\3CXIvr.cfg you will find a line:
"client.vxmVRL VXIString http://localhost:5481/Vxml/ivr_start.php"
From this line remore the port part of the ULR ( to default to 80 ).
Bearin mind that such changes are not supported so carry this out at your own risk. Once again please let us know if all goes well.
