Hello,
Does anybody know if it's possible to change the Caller-ID without usind the E.164 option wihtin a Patton?
I've got v7 with a Patton 4554 and experiencing issues if I use the E.164 option wihtin the Patton to get the correct Caller-ID.
I used the E.164 option the add a prefix '0' the get the correct numbers within the display of the (soft)phones.
However with this feature enabled I'm experiencing several issues with 3CX features like:
- Call forward to external number by no answer of an extension, doesn't work
- SPA942 BLF (using firmware v6.x.x.x), doesn't work
Without the '0' prefix 3CX works fine, but I'm getting the incorrect (missing prefix '0') of incoming calls on all displays. And therefor redial doesn't work.
