Change Hosting Company

We currently have several instances hosted at 3CX. We also have several hosted at Digital Oceans. We like the cost and convivence of DO so we would like to move the 3CX hosted instances to DO. I have moved a couple of instances from on-premise hosted to Digital Oceans. But now that a couple of the 3CX hosted sites are coming up for renewal, I would like to move them to DO.

I know in the past, on a new startup with 3CX, you create the account and during the setup of the new account, you can choose to host at 3CX or "Other cloud" company. But what would be the steps to move from 3CX to DO? I know I can go into the account and "Stop" the current instance at 3CX, but how to you then go into the account and change where it is being hosted so we don't lose the FQDN information during the restore process at the new hosting location?

Take a full backup and download it to your machine, then stop the Hosted instance using the Portal, then click INSTALL upper-right to reinstall using a new cloud provider. Restore backup during setup.

Should be. If not, check beside the License field or the Hosted field, it may show a Install link. But the button should appear.
