Change name in company phone book

When I call someone on our 3cx system from my mobile phone the displayed name is wrong.

I have looked almost everywhere for a place to edit it but I cannot find it.

Sorry for being dim if this is an easy fix!

What do you mean display name is wrong - internal calls or external calls.

If external, what sip provider are you using ?

Hi, I am calling from an external phone using my mobile phone. The callers name comes up as someone else in the business.

Check how (if) it shows in the system call log. I've seen cases where people find out their mobile number is attached to the name of whoever ordered it or who's on the account.

It could be your mobile is in their extension settings under "Mobile Number." Or a contact exists with their name and your number.
