Change sort extensions by doesn't apply in Webclient

Hi,

Currently running on v16.0.8.9 and seeing the following behavior in the 3CX WebClient:

When I change the order of the extensions to view to First name / Last name (or otherwise, just not the number). The View doesn't get updated and remains showing the numbers in the order of the phone number.

Control + F5 - remove cookies - other browser / extension - log off / log on didn't succeed.

Are you referring specifically to the contacts page or the people page?

Are you editing both the Contacts via the Management Console (which edits the display order of the names), and the Webclient Settings >> Personalize >> Status View

This is for (internal) people, so not contacts.

The switchboard does not follow the Status View options for First / Last name ordering. It provides the extensions based on the extension number.

Hi VasilisiV, we want to sort it based on status of course.

Use case:
Call Queue with 70 agents and only 8 on-call simulteanously. We don't want to scroll in this pane to see who has a green icon( = available), all other agents don't have any relevance in this view..

Apologies, this is another case.

The sort settings mention 'first name last name' for Switchboard.

But this doesn't get applied in the switchboard, so it's a bug in the web client.

Thanks for reporting this, you're correct ! This is the current behaviour for now. I've followed up and it may well be improved in future builds.
