Hello,
I have recently installed a client on 3cx.
They own a few Polycom VVX301, 401 and 411.
Everything has auto-provisioned just fine, no problem whatsoever with the setup.
The problems comes from one of the phone itself. One of the VVX401 has volume issues. Even at max volume, you can hardly hear on the handset, but on speaker it's completely fine. This issue was present prior to the change to 3cx, but was not present prior to the change to their previous PBX (which they've only been on for a month).
I've read some Polycom procedures to modify the config file and enable to go above the default maximum decibel.
Is there any way to push that type of config to only one of the VVX401 through 3cx, and if so, how would I go about it? I assume changing the entire template will also affect the other VVX401s which I wouldnt want... But I also assume that if I only change the setting locally on the phone, it'll get overwrite by 3cx's template?
Here is an example of the setting that I found
https://knowledgebase-iframe.polyco...g the volume level beyond default constraints
Thanks.
