Have you figured out how to change the ringtone for the windows app? I really like the app otherwise but I have to turn my volume down as soon as I'm off a call to keep from being startled to death. I have a desktop phone right next to me that also rings but the windows app is like 20 times louder and can be heard from the other end of the office. It startles my coworkers in their own offices down the hall. I would be curious to know how many windows app users haven't muted the ringer... and how many of those only have it unmuted because they aren't aware it can be muted. This seriously needs to be addressed. The ringer is unusable it is so loud. Also... in case you haven't seen it... to turn the ringer off you can click on your user profile in the upper right corner and select 'Ringer Off'... it's close to the bottom above logout and settings.
