Solved Change "There are no available agents in the queue at this moment"

Good Morning Colleagues
I hope you are doing good and safe. May i know how can i replace the wav file for the system prompt message "There are no available agents in the queue at this moment" with another prompt wav file recorded by customer when no agent available in the queue ?

Hello @siscom, hope you're well.

You can do this from the Management Console >> Settings >> System Prompts >> Manage Prompt Sets >> Copy Prompt Set >> Name the new Prompt Set you'd like to use. Once you've selected your custom prompt set as the Active Prompt Set, you'll be able to record what you'd like or upload what you'd like for the prompt: QUEUE_UNATT.
