Change user's name in webmeeting (user shows as number)

I have a recurring biweekly webmeeting where one of the attendees started showing up as a number (e.g. "(5)"). In the iOS app I see the attendee's name can be changed under Settings (the gear icon). In the web client I am not seeing where to change your name? Not sure if it's because it's not there or because I'm the organizer and 3CX knows my name...

If not available, would a workaround be to delete site cookies?

Hi Steve,

It depends how the meeting was created, but when you join a meeting as a guest you get asked for your name.

If you clear the browser, the next time you try to log into the meeting it will ask you again
