Change yealink phone to display caller ID differently during call?

Is there a way I can change the caller ID on a yealink phone to where instead of scrolling the ID+ number, instead it will say NAME (top line) then NUMBER (bottom line) so broken out into 2 lines for info and not scrolling?

Didn't know if there was some kind of setting for inbound calls or something like that where it changes the info displayed or the way it's displayed?

Thats up to the phone manufacturer to change the way they display the information.

I took a system from star2star with their yealinks that don't scroll the caller ID and moved it to our 3CX PBX with the same phones. Now the caller ID scrolls.

There must be a way. Simply changing the PBX caused it.

It would seem that scrolling display was added in a firmware update...

I have to assume that 3CX auto-provisioning enables it. You may have to modify the template.
