I am trying to figure out how to change or edit the name of the inbound rule on the latest version of V20. I am not seeing how I can do that. I assume it can be done but how do I do it?
Under reports, inbound rules, some of the rules have names, some do not. We need to be able to edit the name or add a name to the inbound rule. In the previous version you could easily edit/change the name of the rule

You can edit the names directly on the did. Just check any extension and direct next to the did is a pencil to edit the name.

If the DID are imported, then in 3CX 20u5 a CSV file can be used and this can also contain the name of the rule:
Code:
*123450,800,
*123456,210,in 56
*123457,220,in 57
*123459,300,emergency

Thank you! I am not sure how I missed that.

The query was for modifying or editing an existing DID. The import would complicate things, as you need to delete the DID and then recreate it. The pencil icon is the easiest way.

We use the reimport often, for mass change and to sort DID.

Pencil way worked well. Thanks
