Chat and Logo missing on android web meetings

when using android devices (galaxy s9, android 9) joining a webmeeting works for audio/visual but the option to chat is not available. iOS, Mac, and Windows devices in the same meeting have the chat option. Chat messages sent from any of them are visible to any other device except the android phone. The phone also does not display the company logo (set in 3cx management console) while all other devices do. Any advice?

Unfortunately the chat option amongst others, is not available on the Android app. We are actually planning to improve this part by allowing users to open WebMeeting directly in their mobile browser in a more mobile friendly WebMeeting rather than having the need for an app.

Is that even possible? I feel like this wouldn't work great with mobile experience of an Android or iOS phone.

By the way, are there any plans to make the webclient work on mobile? It almost work on my iPhone with Safari. Only WebRTC doesn't work for now, and the responsive is a bit catchy.

It's possible but with some restrictions which is why we're still considering our options and which path to take on this. Nothing set in stone yet.

Can't help you on the WebClient, best ask about it in the Clients > WebClient section.
