Chat Avatars Missing & Users Offline in chat After 3CX Beta Update

Hello,

After updating to the latest 3cx Beta version (20.0 Update 5 Build 527 Beta) a few of the chat avatars are empty and also the users are shown as offline in the 3cx web client chat menu.
This issue was supposed to have been fixed in the latest Beta version (https://www.3cx.com/blog/change-log/phone-system-change-log-v20/) --> Fixed chat avatars not being shown after the update.
Is this still a known issue or is there a workaround?

Is there any chance the users whose avatars are not shown are over a bridge?
If so, please make sure that both systems are updated first.

Nope, we don't have a bridge configuration.
