Chat pop-up

Since upgrading to version 10 incoming chat's only blink and no longer pop-up is there a way to get this functionality back?

With the 3CX myphone application you should get a pop up within the application of any new chats.

With minimized existing chats the chat name will blink in the bottom of the application.

Any news about the pop up window of the 3CX chat?
Until now, we have no pop up of the window when minimize it. Furthermore, when the application runs and hide to tray, we have no notification (except for the sound) about new chat messages.

So, do you have any new about when will have this feature (if we will have it).
