chat window position

Hi
The chat windows always appears without focus (i.e. behind running apps) and on main display in the same (centre) position.
I have moved it to 2nd screen but it doesn't remember next time around.
Anyone know how to set position of window?

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, the position that is loaded initially on popout mode is set on code based on calculations.
Let us check internally if it is possible to make any adjustments on the way that this is operating.
