If I need to receive at least 9 or 10 inbound calls, I will need to choose the 16 simultaneous calls, is that correct?

There is a calculator based on your number of user.

However, if you receive 9-10 calls simultaneously, then I recommend you go with 24 to allow the internal calls to be made. If you only have 3-4 users, then yes go for 16SC.

If you need a reseller, don't hesitate. Lots of us are.

As above internal calls count towards your license count, plus you need to add incoming / outgoing calls

How many phones are you installing.

When calculating simultaneous calls, the 3CX rule of thumb is 1 call per 3 to 4 extensions.

But it is only a rule of thumb and entirely dependent on your business. We currently have 25 extensions, but only a 4SC license. In six months, I've yet to receive an email notifying me that we have hit the 4 call limit.

I agree, this is completly related to your business, i've a customer with only 4 extensions and 4SC and they hit very often licence limit, but even they have money they don't want to update to 8SC they are like uncle picsou they sleep on gold
