So I had an issue with my bluetooth headset. After working for weeks the mic just stopped working. The option was available in the both the 3cx extension and the 3cx web client under preferences but it was not picking up my voice. The mic was approved in chrome with the device and the extension. I completely removed the headset from windows. Unpaired and deleted the headset completely from Windows. I also removed the chrome extension. I then added everything back. Even though there was one headset in Windows the 3cx had 2 headset entries. "Communications headset name" and "headset name". Both had the same issue. I then noticed my webcam had the same double entry. One with Communications in front of it and one without. A similar attempt an removing everything caused a third entry. I have no idea how to make them go away and the mic would never work with 3cx. It worked with Windows fine and I ended up pairing it to my yealink for now..
