We are enjoying the web client particularly because the New Edge browser works well with it and as such its a part of the Office365 ecosystem.
The biggest push-back we are getting is the form and function of the monitor and queue layout. Most of our users are accustom to the layout and functionality of the windows client. The streamlined window version for queues is easily moved around the desktop and sizing is retained with no toolbars or tabs. With web version it has to be resized each time and is a bit awkward. Would be good to not have to click on the pop out to get the streamlined view and that it would just be launched from the dial pad hamburger menu eliminating a step?
