Chrome Extension on ver 16 update 4 not working

I just added in Chrome Extension and enable the extension from my 3CX WebClient. But I cannot pick up the call or call someone using the Chrome Extension. It did ring, but the pick up green icon is grey, I cannot pick it up, I can only click on the red icon to refuse the call. Calling someone from the extension will trigger a MakeCall to my 3CX app in my android, which I have to slide the green icon up from my android phone app. Is that right? Is there any way to pick up and make calls directly using Chrome Extension.? Thank you.

You likely need to
a) select the extension as your phone in the drop down menu

b) make sure you didn't block audio for that page in Chrome.

There is no option to select any other device. Please see attached screenshot. Only smartphone is shown.

Then your browser extension isn't activated / ready for use. Upper left corner of the webclient - do you see "click here to activate" or similar?

I got it working. Under settings > General > Enable WebRTC softphone in Web Client / Browser Extension and associated features (WordPress Plugin and Conference Dial-In integrations)
