Chrome works, Firefox not?

Hi there,

I have PBXExpress working in the cloud and the problems I have are:

1: I can access and configure the system from ANY computer, and any IP Network using Google Chrome. Firefox and Safari 'timeout' when trying to access my system.

2: Must be related as IOS apps will not provision the client on the iPhone using the QR code, Error = 'Provisioning file cannot be reached' .... OK, I understand that this is a network issue and even seen other posts... BUT, if I can mange the system using Chrome - what else could be the issue here?

Anyone seen this oddity? Any advice most welcome.

have you tried accessing the system in private mode in firefox? Try clearing FF cache and trying again. Is FF up to date?

Have you tried using the welcome email to provision with the attached file to provision your iOS?
