Greetings and Salutations!
I have an office with twenty or so employees. Only one of them have this interesting issue.
Any time an external caller (cell phone/home phone/other business) calls in, their phone reports that the call is one of the internal users CID.
If I call the user from my company desk phone, their CID works just fine. I believe that this could be a result of the fact that we also have a 3CX phone system, and the "two systems talk to each other".
I had the user pull power from the phone, to see if it was the phone. Sadly the issue persists after power-cycle.
I tried looking through the forums, and found (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/external-calls-appears-as-internal-call.117554). However the thread ends in a dead link (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/post-in-relevant-category.115838).
I am not sure if this is a SIP provider issue, or the SBC is having an issue, or if the SBC needs to be rebooted. I do know that the SBC (Pi-4 8GB) was replaced within the past five months.
Any assistance/guidance would be very much appreciated.
