CID shows *98 when pick up ringgroup call

Hi,

I have the following problem, i created a ringgroup, when 1 of the members is called and a another person is pickup the phone with *98 the display shows not the correct CID but *98. How can i solve this issue. I am using 3CX version 16.X, the telephone is a Yealink T41S.

How your RG is set ? ring all mode ?

I added an BLF button with 98 to pick up the phone, when i trie *20 i see forbidden in the display

* 20 * is the default code, of course if you change it in PBX settings , dial codes, it doesn't exist anymore

Are you certain the *98, on the display is actually caller ID, or could it simply be showing what digits were dialled on the set?
