Cisco 7931 et 7962 with 3CX

Hi,

Did anyone try to install Cisco IP Phones 7391 et 7962 with 3CX? I have a client who doesn't want to change his devices but wants to move to 3CX...
There's no firmware for these models.

Hi Nexacom,

These aren't even on the EOL supported list:

You could try using the most similar model of Cisco handsets provisioning template (with the most up to date firmware version you can find) and hope for the best.

Failing that manual setup is an option but I would not recommend it as it would take too much effort if you have a lot of phones.

If the provisioning template option I suggested does not work I would recommend to your customer that if they want to use 3CX either use the softphone with a headset or get a "Supported" phone model. You can pick some of the entry level models (see the above link) at a very reasonable price per device.
