Hi there,

Has anyone been able to get these phones working, and has a guide on how to do so?

I've tried a lot thus far, scrolling through pages and pages on google and coming up empty handed. Provisioning these phones is a pain, so if anyone has a guide on what needs to be done, that would be great.

Are they local or remote phones? In regards to your 3CX system.

Almost anything is possible with 3CX it's just that certain models and setups are supported or un-supported and would require more configuration.

They are. I managed to work it out, but if I dial a number the phone only calls the first digit. so say the number is 0741 651 284, it calls 0 only. Why would that be?

Hi JOsh H,
How did you provision it? Are you used the custom template?
If so, your custom template must contain the dial plan parameter:
<dialTemplate>cisco_dialplan.xml</dialTemplate>

If it's there, the phone need to load the "cisco_dialplan.xml" file from your provisioning folder:
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\SECURE-FOLDER

Check if it is there and contains the following:
<DIALTEMPLATE>
<TEMPLATE MATCH="*" TIMEOUT="2" User="Phone"/>
</DIALTEMPLATE>

For the digit dialing 0 issue that is very strange. First and obvious point is a firmware check, make sure you are on the latest however the only thing in 3CX that I am aware of that could effect this behavior is the outbound rule (as you can strip and prepend digits via outbound rules):
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sip-trunks/

Are you dialing out via SIP Trunk, FXO line or ISDN ?
