Cisco ATA191-MPP

Hello, i want to add Cisco ATA191-MPP on 3CX 18.0 Update 9 (Built 20).
I dont see any Cisco option on 3CX.
Is it supported? Can i download any module for it?

Hi, this is device is not supported, if it supports the sip protocol you may need to configure manually the extensions.

I had looked into the SPA191 but always found it to be far too expensive because it also supports Cisco call control systems (CUCM, CME). You might want to consider some alternative Cisco ATAs such as the SPA 112 or 122,or even the (much older) SPA2102, which will do the job for you, and can be picked up for a drastically lower price (used).
