Dear Support team

My company are using 3CX VoIP Phone system Right now,
I am trying to setup Cisco CP-7841 IP Phone to work with 3CX. My questions here:

Is 3CX can use with Cisco CP-7841 IP Phone? and if Yes,how to setup the phone.

Thank you in Advance

These are un-supported, so only by manual configuration of SIP server address, username and password would this be possible: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Thank you does anyone show me how can i configure Cisco CP-7841 IP Phone to work with 3CX

It's just a regular SIP phone as far as I know? How difficult can it be to configure this?

Pretty much yes, you just need to find where the SIP/Proxy server settings are, username and authentication.

You are setting these up local to the 3CX PBX correct ?

Hello @Omar Delair

I would recommend using a supported phone from our supported phones list so you avoid manual configuration and compatibility issues in the future. Supported devices can be auto provisioned with any manual configuration from your part. There is also a guide on how to configure ever supported phone: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Or at the very least get a legacy supported Cisco so you can take advantage of the pre-written templates in 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ I have heard you can pick these up dirt cheap now but they will require DHCP option 66 provisioning: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/dhcp-option-66/

As YiannisH_3CX said supported phones are the way forward however - I recommend Yealink they are great!
