I have a client who has a 3CX system that is hosted. All his extensions are remote.

He has 3 different locations he uses the phones. There is at least 1 phone registered in each location, but his main office has 2 phones that will not register.

If you do a factory reset they will receive the provisioning file, but then when they go to register they fail.

One is a SPA504G2 one is a SPA525G2

They have been working since upgrading to V15, and just stopped working over the thanksgiving break.

Trying to see if anyone has any suggestions to help troubleshoot this.

Thanks

Since they just seems to have stopped on their own, something must have changed.
Check the 3CX Activity log, does it show any sign of a registration attempt? Any error messages?
Is it just one location having the issue, or all?
Since you are able to remotely provision, there is obviously connectivity. Could it be a DNS issue?
Run the 3CX firewall checker, any errors?.

You've said the server is hosted, so what provisioning method are you using? SPA's don't work in SBC or STUN since v15, so there would have to be a site to site VPN in place for the phones to work in "Local LAN" mode
