cisco spa504g crashes but only at one extension

we've got a cisco spa 504 g on ext 100 however it keeps crashing every day or so. we've had a replacement phone and this ones doing it so it seems to be something with cisco phones anyone else having this problem?

What is your definition of "crashing"? Do you mean it will no longer register after a while?
