I have recently implemented 3CX at a client of mine. All the phones we used are the SPA 508g ver. 7.5.2c. One of the issues I'm running into is that when someone is on hold there is no setting to have a reminder ringback to the ext that has the caller on hold. I can setup a reminder ringback for calls on park through the 3cx phone system but the on hold setting must be set on the Cisco phone itself. Is there are way I can setup the ringback timer for calls on hold?
Also, when the phone is in use and a user wants to transfer, the status window covers up the labels for the blfs. Is there a way to make it smaller?
