Cisco, SPA514g Daylight saving problems.

Hi,

I have a customer on ver 14 using the cisco SPA514 handsets, a problem has come up with regards to DST. The handsets changed over but were a couple of days late.

I've looked into this and can see that the template for the handsets took that settings from each of the handsets "Regional setting". Looking at each handset, its was set to dates based on 2015 DST.

To save me changing each handset, what should the phone template look like to change the setting to use preset dates or is there another why it can pull this info of a NTP server?

Does that model use the same DST rule as described on page 167 of this manual?

Yep that's the one, but only mine says 00:60:00 in the save field and not 1 as in all the examples.

So how do i change the pro template to set the date for each phone on the 3cx.
