Cisco Unified IP Phone 521SG

Is it possible to use Cisco Unified IP Phone 521SG with 3cx? I have tried to search with no result.

To work with 3CX a phone has to be using SIP firmware. it doesn't look like that phone supports SIP but uses Ciscos proprietary (Unified) VoIP signalling. Some Cisco phones can be loaded with SIP firmware.
