Hello 3CX Community.
There are a few threads (all locked now) asking how to set up a 3CX Calling Class of Service to restrict certain types of calls to extension by groups - but no actual guidance other than "use groups and rules".
So I wrote a guide on how to set one up when I had to do it for one of our customers (mostly so I would remember how I did it for the next time!)
It was written for a customer in Victoria, Australia so the numbering plan won't work for you if you live anywhere else - but I hope it is clear enough that you can use it as a guide for setting up your own local numbering plan.
