Class of Service

Hi All,

I'm not sure if I missed this or not but I went through the manual twice. My question is how can I implement "class of service" on my registered extensions? I want to limit which extensions are able to make outside calls.

There are Extension Groups to use for the time being. We don't know , yet, what the next version is going to offer.
Have you gone through the 3CX Ideas?

Hi,

In version 11 you will be able to restrict outbound calls from extensions by protecting with a PIN.
