Click or right Click number to call with softphone.

How can we click or highlight and right click and phone number and just call it in say outlook, IE, chrome?

All of our PC's have the softphone installed.

I see like a DOS window pop up for just a second and then it just pops a new web page with tel:+14692069035 in the URL.

If I recall, this requires the "PRO" license.
