Click to Call not working

I have the Hubspot integration setup and working well for call journaling and contacts integration.
However, we would like to make use of the call feature from Hubspot to open in 3CX - Click to Call

I have installed the Chrome app and pointed it to our 3CX server, all other phone numbers from other websites that are hyperlinked tel:+44xxxxxxxxx work however the Call button in Hubspot does not.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The ClicktoCall is installed on the browser level and convert numbers to clickable url in order to redirect to the 3CX Client.
This will not apply when you press the Call option from the CRM.

The screenshot you sent indicates you need to check your license levels.

But even if you pay for that additional license to Hubspot, the Call button will not work with 3CX. As mentioned here, the browser extension will convert any phone number in the web page to a clickable link. But the Call button doesn't contain the number as text, so it will not work.

Just confirming that what @edossantos_sipcaller is correct. The Call button in Hubspot is their own calling module and does not link with 3CX click2call, as no number is exposed by it.
